Dr. Georgina Nichols, MD is a dual board-certified plastic surgeon with certifications from both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and The American Board of Surgery. Trained at top institutions across the country, Dr. Nichols completed her General Surgery Residency at Grand Strand Medical Center/University of South Carolina, followed by a Plastic, Hand, and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina, and an Aesthetic Society-endorsed Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Fellowship in Sacramento, California. Currently practicing at Albert Plastic Surgery in Palm Beach and New York, Dr. Nichols brings a comprehensive, research-backed approach to both reconstructive and aesthetic procedures.
A published researcher and sought-after presenter at national surgical conferences, Dr. Nichols has contributed to peer-reviewed journals including the Annals of Plastic Surgery and the Journal of Reconstructive Microsurgery, with a focus on breast surgery, hand injuries, and microsurgery. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, she has a genuine passion for connecting with people across cultures — a value that extends beyond the operating room into her love of travel, international cuisine, and foreign films. Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle that includes tennis, pickleball, beach days, and fishing with her son. This same curiosity and warmth she brings to every patient interaction, making her uniquely equipped to serve a diverse, global patient population seeking both cosmetic and reconstructive care.
